I chose Salazogue because I wanted to eat something healthy and not heavy for lunch  (it was 30 Celsius in August), and preferably seafood. All the dishes I ordered were delicious and fresh: tomato salad with marinated sardines, escabeche of white tuna, steamed hake with langoustine broth. Even the dessert, a coffee flan with matcha ice cream, was innovative and delicious. I highly recommend Salazogue.

We came for dinner on a Sunday night. Dinner was great! Service was superb, and we enjoyed everything. We recommend :-)

The courtyard where we ate is really charming, and the menu of the day good value.   The waiter was very efficient.

Excellent food at a very reasonable price. Waiter was very accommodating and tried his best to explain the dishes to us in English. The only negative from a good perspective is that some of the food is very salty. Why does a simple salad need to have salt added to it? shame that you had to order using an App. All in all, I would definitely recommend.

The menu was a very good reflection of the excellent produce of the Asturias region, wonderfully fresh and vibrant. The red tuna with toffee and orange vermouth was a daring yet triumphant dish beautifully executed. Service was attentive, knowledgeable and discreet. The wine list is extensive. The restaurant was spacious and offered a tranquil location for dining. A very good culinary experience. An evening enjoyed and valued.

Very good restaurant, excellent cooking, you can choose anything off the menu and you will be happy. A bit expensive for a bib gourma.nd but no regrets!

This restaurant was quaint, the food original, creative and artistic. The service was wonderful particularly since we speak very little Spanish.

Zeer charmant, overzichtelijk restaurant. Je kan ook de keuken in kijken wat je het gevoel geeft dat alles echt &eacute;&eacute;n geheel is. Als Hollanders zijn wij hier in Noord Spanje continue verrast over de goede prijs kwaliteit verhouding maar dat geldt hier dubbel en dwars. Alles is waanzinnig vers en kundig bereid. De steak tartaar (mesgesneden) is niet wat je klassiek noemt, maar heerlijk en vooral met lokale details (iets van geprakte tomaat en citroen). Ceviche van garnalen wordt opgediend als een taartje en is precies goed gekruid met onder meer ijs van selderij. Huisgemaakte salade is lekker. We herkenden de mille feuille niet direct maar waren prettig verrast door de licht Japanse touch. We zitten er nog mee dat we onszelf verbaasden erover dat er voor 1 glas rode wijn een fles aan tafel wordt geopend en het glas direct ingeschonken wordt, maar ach. Aanbevelenswaardig.

Very charming, overviewed restaurant. You can also look in the kitchen what gives you the feeling that everything is really one whole. We are, as Dutch, continuously surprised here in northern Spain about the good price quality ratio, but this is double and cross-sectional, all is stupidly fresh and expertly prepared. The steak tartar (cut) is not what you call classic, but lovely and especially with local details (something of fried tomatoes and citrons). Ceviche of garlic is served as a cake and is precisely well-wed with, among others, ice cream. We recognized the thousand leaves not immediately but were pleasantly surprised by the light Japanese touch. We still have to be surprised that for 1 glass of red wine a bottle is opened to the table and the glass is given immediately, but. Recommended.

The original and subtle kitchen. The salmon and tataki of cattle are 10 and as a postre the smoked honey-smoking receptacle. Professional and close service. Experience to repeat when we come back for cattle.
